Without limiting the foregoing, Liberty General Insurance shall have the right to immediate terminate your account in the event of any conduct by you, which Liberty General Insurance, in its sole discretion, consider to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any operating rules for Liberty General Insurance Website established by Liberty General Insurance constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the purpose of hearing and determining any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
